Everyone's skin deserves a fresh start. A body scrub eliminates buildup so your skin can more easily help your body to detox. The scrub is envigorating and feels amazing, while the oils nourish your skin. Once you have showered off the scrub you return to the massage table for a thoroughly relaxing and soothing massage.
Deep tissue massage therapy focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Deep Tissue Massage does not have to be painfully deep pressure. It is more about specificity. This technique is ideal for someone who is athletic and/or suffers from chronic pain.
